Our family vacation at Wentzl was a delightful experience filled with charm and convenience. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and efficiency truly set the tone for our stay. As a mother of two, I greatly appreciated the family-friendly amenities and activities available. The adjoining rooms provided a perfect setup for us with our children, offering not only a cozy space but also a breathtaking view of the Old Town square. One of our favorite family moments was enjoying the breakfast together, which catered perfectly to our needs. The staff's attention to detail, from arranging taxis to providing helpful tips for exploring Krakow with children, made our trip smooth and memorable. Despite a small hiccup with the room assignment, the staff swiftly rectified the situation, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction.As we explored the area, we found the hotel's central location a great advantage. The short walk to Wawel Castle and the Kraków Główny Railway Station made venturing out with the kids a breeze. Even though the hotel is situated on a lively square, we found the double windows effectively muted the noise, allowing for peaceful nights.In conclusion, Wentzl offered a perfect balance of history, comfort, and convenience for our family vacation. The mix of characterful rooms, accommodating staff, and strategic location made our stay in Krakow truly unforgettable.
